For Exhibitors

As an exhibitor, you have additional functions available in the app to help you connect with attendees and generate leads.

While you can use the “Attendee view” and “Meeting hub” functions to do this, you can also use the dedicated lead generation tools in both the app and the exhibitor portal which give you additional functions to help you:

  • Collect leads.
  • Arrange meetings with leads.
  • Export lead contact information.
  • Create a list of questions for leads to complete.
  • Set up an automated comms flow to leads.

Exhibitor-only homescreen grid

On your homescreen grid, you have 2 additional app icons available:

Scan leads: this function allows you to scan an attendee’s personal QR code and add it to your leads. Please note you will need to give the app permission to use your camera for this to function.

View leads: this function allows you to see a list of all leads collected and the information they have chosen to share.


Exhibitor Portal functions

To make the most of your dedicated lead generation tools, we highly recommend you spend some time setting up your lead capture process in the exhibitor portal.

Lead setup

Use the lead setup page to:

  • Create questions of different types you want all your leads to answer.
  • Create an automated thank you email that goes to your leads.
  • Create a lead alert email that goes to someone at your office.


Current leads

Use the current leads page to:

  • View a list of all your leads
  • Search for specific leads
  • Export all your leads in an Excel file to save on your computer
