The Australian Not-for-Profit Technology Awards recognise the very best in technology innovation and excellence by organisations and individuals in the Australian not-for-profit (NFP) sector. The Awards acknowledge the accomplishments of these organisations and individuals and the improved product and/or service offerings brought to the NFP and broader community sector through technology.
Awards attendees network with thought leaders, technology experts and sector organisations - with drinks and canapes in hand and 360-degree views of the city at sunset.

c) Category 6: Private sector businesses or enterprises serving not-for-profit clients or the wider sector.
2. Entries must be received by 6.00 pm AEDT, Friday, 13 March 2026. Entries received after the closing date (subject to deadline extensions) will not be considered.
3. All entries must be submitted via Infoxchange’s online entry system.
4. All entries must be focused on the activities or initiatives of not-for-profit organisations, businesses serving not-for-profit organisations or individuals.
5. Infoxchange will screen the applications for suitability and matching criteria and will select finalists for each award category from the nominations submitted through the online system.
6. The official judging panel will select winners based on the fulfilment of the specific criteria outlined for each award.
7. Winners to be announced at the awards ceremony on Wednesday, 6 May 2026.
8. When completing entries, entrants must use the name of the nominated organisation or individual exactly as it should appear on the winner’s trophy, being sure to check for spelling or grammatical errors. Infoxchange will not be responsible for incorrect spelling of names.
9. Entries that contain offensive material, propagate hate messages, make defamatory statements or that are otherwise deemed offensive by Infoxchange are not eligible to win an Australian Not-For-Profit Technology Award. Likewise, fake entries will not be considered for judging and may result in the entrant being barred from future award entries.
10. All entries may be reproduced to promote the Awards and to champion the excellent work of the not-for-profit sector. If entrants do not own all copyright or there are restrictions on their right to use any material included in their entry, it is the entrant’s responsibility to obtain permission from all relevant parties for Infoxchange to use the entry as described.
11. All winning entries may be showcased on the Infoxchange website.
12. Judging Panel decisions are final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the judging process or outcomes reached.
13. An existing commercial relationship with Infoxchange will not preclude entry into the awards, nor will it increase the likelihood of an entrant winning an award.
14. Winners may be asked to make themselves available for other Infoxchange activities outside the awards ceremony, such as being involved in media or communications following the Awards, or supplying further content for the promotion of the Awards.
15. Infoxchange may extend any deadline or time limit, terminate the Awards or vary the terms of entry at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion. Infoxchange may also choose not to present any given award if no nominees meet the criteria for that award sufficiently.
16. If an entrant receives an award, the manner and details of announcing that nomination and award are solely at the discretion of Infoxchange. Winning entrants must comply with any non-disclosure or embargo requirements stipulated by Infoxchange. The entrant understands that not all awards may be awarded or publicised in the same manner, and that breaking Infoxchange’s non-disclosure or embargo requirements may result in the award being with- drawn or exclusion from future award nominations.
17. All entries must be for projects or initiatives that have been developed and implemented within the past 18 months. The 18-month window allows for the entry of projects where development may have occurred outside of the year prior to the awards, but only where the significant implementation phase has been in the 12 months prior to the awards.
18. Social enterprises are eligible to enter the Awards provided they are structured as not-for-profit entities, meaning they reinvest all profits into their social or environmental mission and do not distribute profits to individuals or shareholders. For-profit social enterprises, including those that return dividends to owners or investors, are not eligible to participate. The organisers reserve the right to request documentation to verify an entrant’s not-for-profit status.
19. Award winners will not be required to attend the Awards Ceremony to collect their award in person to be considered eligible, but they may be required to write or record a short (60-second) acceptance speech to be shared at the Ceremony. Award winners may nominate a representative to collect their award on their behalf, or they may pre-arrange with Infoxchange to deliver their award to them via post.
